About
Welcome to Nudge Club, where students and teachers break free from classroom hierarchies and dive into a safe space! We’ve heard your voices loud and clear – students feeling unseen, and teachers as superheroes without capes. Get ready for a delightful journey of improved communication, empathy,

understanding through playful activities like magical play therapy, enchanting art adventures, breathwork wonders, and trust-building fun. Get ready to explore, learn, and grow together in our Nudge Club adventure!

Background

Nudge Club was developed as part of Aswatna, a program by en.v to empower students to create social change within their schools. Youth feel deeply alienated by the educational system which they move through and therefore are consistently engaged in and curious about what else is possible. Aswatna (and the Nudge Club) is an attempt to honor that curiosity by providing youth with the tools and skills we believe will allow them to reimagine what their schools and communities could look like.

Activities
Through ten structured sessions held over the course of an academic year, Nudge Club will bring together up to 25 students, counselors, teachers and school administrators to build greater understanding of each other and enable students to share their vision of what an inclusive school environment looks like.

Each session will be led by a student leader, trained by an Aswatna mentor, who will facilitate activities and group discussions for club members to establish trust and spark conversations about desired change. The sessions would be held during a zero period once a month with the same 25 members starting September.
